Due to situations beyond our control, The New Earth Retreats reserves the right to change bookings and will inform its customers as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements will be offered but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including air fares.
The New Earth Retreats is not held liable for delays or cancellations of flights, trains, buses or other forms of transport before, and during the programme.
The New Earth Retreats retains sole and exclusive ownership of the information and photographs on its websites. The reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form of The New Earth Retreats websites (www.thenewearthretreats.com) is prohibited for personal and commercial use. It should not be copied and/or shared with a third party, including copyright licence rights. The New Earth Retreats accepts no responsibility for keeping the website up to date and will not be liable for any loss by its failure to do so.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have all the correct travel documents (tickets, visa, etc.) and arrive on time to start the programme.
Participants must comply fully with all health and safety rules and regulations introduced by The New Earth Retreats, its guides, teachers or group leaders.
Any important information undisclosed, such as illegal drug and/or alcohol addiction, mental health issues, etc., that may affect the participant’s behaviour and the wellbeing of other participants will result in cancellation of the booking without a refund. Drinking alcohol abusively and taking illegal drugs during the programme will also result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.
Participants must ensure that they are mentally and physically fit and able to participate in all activities. Participants must advise The New Earth Retreats in writing of any past or current injuries at the time of booking, providing details.
The New Earth Retreats is not liable for any injury to participants in their participation in activities. Participants must stop and rest if they are feeling any sickness or pain and inform their teacher/guide or group leader immediately.
The New Earth Retreats cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage of participants’ personal belongings or valuables during the course of the programme.
In the event of a complaint by the participant, this should be discussed with the manager or group leader as soon as possible.
The New Earth Retreats will not be liable for any failures beyond its control including natural disasters, war, closure of airports, terrorist attack, civil strife, accidents, failure to perform by its suppliers and subcontractors, and any third party.
Plans can change suddenly so we strongly recommend that you subscribe to an adequate travel insurance that covers cancellation fees, lost deposits, medical consultation and injuries, hospitalisation, repatriation, loss of personal effects, travel delay and alternative transport expenses, resumption of trip, special events, etc. for the entire duration of the programme.
